When you use the service, we process snippet content, abbreviations, snippet libraries, sharing choices, team memberships, account settings, sync information, and related metadata. We use information to operate the site and service, create and secure accounts, provide product features, respond to requests, send service and waitlist messages, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Product data

Typerelay is a text expander for macOS, Windows, and Linux, with web sync, team management, private and shared snippets, and dynamic extensions. Customer content is processed to provide the product features requested by the account owner or users. Do not send data to Typerelay unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.

When you use web sync, we process the snippet content and related information needed to synchronize your libraries. When you share snippets, that content becomes available to the people you share it with. Team administrators may manage membership and shared content. Review your sharing settings and avoid including sensitive information unless you have the necessary authorization.
