These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://typerelay.com and the Typerelay service. By using the site or service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Typerelay is a text expander for macOS, Windows, and Linux, with web sync, team management, private and shared snippets, and dynamic extensions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity under your account, and keeping account access secure. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Customer content

You keep ownership of content you submit to the service. You grant Typerelay the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, permissions, and notices required for any snippet content, abbreviations, snippet libraries, sharing choices, team memberships, account settings, sync information, and related metadata you submit or connect to the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, upload malicious code, violate the rights of others, send unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with hosting, email delivery, synchronization infrastructure, extensions you choose to use, support, and payment processing when applicable. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Fees

Paid features, if offered, must be paid according to the pricing and billing terms shown when you subscribe. Taxes, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are handled according to the checkout or subscription terms presented at that time.

Beta and availability

Typerelay is free during beta. We expect to offer a free plan after beta, but final plans, limits, and pricing are still to be confirmed. Any paid offering will describe its pricing and billing terms before you subscribe.

Some features may be beta, experimental, waitlisted, or limited. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available or unchanged.

Disclaimer

The site and service are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Typerelay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
